The rainforest of the Amazon is the lung of our planet. However, this doesn’t stop natural resource depletion in the Amazon. Tochter wit a local community at the Rio Tapiche in the middle of the Amazon, we are working for the establishment of a community-based nature conservation concession to protect 420.000 ha of rainforest.

Madagascar

Madagascar is home to exceptional and unique flora and fauna. Around 90% of all animals and plans are endemic to the island. Chances for Nature promotes sustainable resource use, raises awareness and conducts environmental education to protect endangered species and habitats.
